Course Description
National Certificate in Tourism – Level 3 – is aimed at individuals currently engaged in or entering the tourism, travel, or aviation industries.
This qualification equips graduates with essential skills and knowledge to enhance the visitor experience while recognizing the importance of tourism to Fiji’s economy. The two strands, Tourism and Travel and Visitor Experience graduates will develop customer service skills, local knowledge, and an understanding of workplace practices necessary for entry-level positions.
Career Pathway – visitor service representatives, tour guides, and customer service roles in hotels or travel agencies, ultimately contributing to improved tourism experiences and economic benefits for Fiji.
